Let Our Multi-Family Team Work For You

Multi-family projects are multi-faceted, complex and fast paced. The Alliance Truss multi-family team is the partner that will streamline your pre-engineered truss scope for your project.

We are unique in that we have a dedicated Project Manager (PM) who will walk thru the project with you every step of the way. Utilizing this single point of contact for all multi-family work makes it easier than ever before to coordinate all facets of your truss project. From requesting custom truss and layout tailoring to best fit your needs, to obtaining clarification and additional information on submittals, RFIs and design timelines. The PM will establish project segmentation and delivery phasing based on your construction schedules and assist you to resolve truss related issues once product is on site. A request for our PM’s presence on your site is just a phone call away. The Alliance Truss multi-family team will have you and your project covered from start to finish.

Our experienced and highly knowledgeable Multi-Family design team can take on any type or magnitude of project. They will thoroughly vet your construction documents so that problem areas are found before your team is building on site. Their expertise will allow you to optimize construction where possible; building in stick framed details, designing needed customizations and working with engineers of record for approval is commonplace. All projects are plate line packaged based on your onsite phasing and coordination needs to ensure that trusses delivered on site can be erected as fast as possible.

Please give Drew Hayes (Project Manager) a call (602-694-5408) to begin your next successful multi-family project.
